Auto Exam, Inc. proudly offers an Inspection Money-Back Guarantee on our pre-purchase inspection service so that you can be sure our technicians are performing the highest quality inspection they can provide. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our inspection, we will refund you the price you paid for the inspection. Refund does not apply to additional services such as history reports. If you paid with cash, personal check or money order, we will send you a refund check. If you used a credit card, we will credit your account.
Limitations:
- Maximum refund amount shall not exceed the original price paid for the Pre-Purchase Inspection.
- A failing inspection due to a poor quality vehicle does not constitute a reason for refund.
- Claim for refund must be within 7 calendar days of inspection date.
- Guarantee does not apply to cancellation fees.
